BY PURCHASING SHRIMPIES PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
SHRIMPIES:
Please watch our installation video and read the installation and care instructions and follow our directions precisely in order to insure a happy and long life for your Shrimpies.
In the event your Shrimpies did not survive their journey you must email us along with a picture of the Shrimpies within 4 hours of delivery to qualify for live arrival guarantee.
ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE:
All items purchased from BKC I LLC dba Shrimpies are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Because we love Shrimpies and care about their safety we will not ship during extreme weather. If the temperature in your area is below 55 or above 90 degrees we will hold your order and ship once the weather permits.
Please Note:
Shipping charges and Box fees are non-refundable.
You must bring your Shrimpies indoors immediately upon their arrival to protect them from extreme temperatures DO NOT LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE OR IN A MAILBOX AS THEY WILL NOT SURVIVE.
SHRIMPIE HABITATS:
If your Shrimpie Habitat arrives broken or damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of arrival and provide pictures showing damage/breakage in order to receive a replacement.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on replacements.
We cannot refund money for broken products.
HABITAT REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
In order to receive a replacement you must notify us of any damages by e-mail within 4 hours of delivery and provide pictures.

Returns must be postmarked no more than 2 days after delivery has been made.
TERMS and POLICIES
Refusal of delivery for any reason voids any guarantees.
If the order is refused you will be held liable for the full invoice amount and any return freight charges.
Shrimpies will not accept future orders from any party that has refused delivery or has initiated a credit card chargeback.
There will be a $75.00 accounting charge for chargeback disputes
Shrimpies will not assume responsibility for shipments that are lost or delayed if improper address has been provided on form.
Cancellation fee is $20.00
Saturday delivery is not available in some locations.
Saturday delivery charge is $25.00. This fee will be charged to your credit card the day of shipping.
ORDERING
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Most orders are shipped immediately for arrival on WED, THUR, FRI, SAT for East Coast clients and TUE, WED, THUR, FRI, SAT for West Coast clients.
Please place your order at least 3 days before desired arrival date.
PAYMENT
Shrimpies accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Applepay, ACH bank transfers and Discover on a secured server for your protection.
You will receive an instantaneous electronic invoice upon submittal of your order using our secure order form.
You will also receive an email from Shrimpies confirming the arrival day of your package. We will also send you an email 24 hours before arrival with the shippers tracking number so that you may track your package.
Shrimpies.com also accepts Pay Pal as a means of payment.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges include handling and box charges and are included in your invoice when your order is placed. However, there may be some minor variations in this fee at the time of shipping depending on your location and items shipped, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping. Your Shrimpies safety is of the utmost importance and proper packaging can fluctuate depending on the weather.
All winter shipping rates include handling, box charges, heat packs and FedEx Priority overnight service.
Saturday delivery is available in many locations for an extra $25 fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.
You must be home to accept delivery! FedEx requires a signature for delivery.
Orders can be shipped to your work if desired.
Once you receive your package please let us know by e-mail immediately.
Please track your package once you receive shipping confirmation and be ready to bring them indoors immediately upon delivery.
